Abstract

The aim of this research is to make an exhaustive and rigorous description of the therapeutic outcome of patients diagnosed with personality disorders and treated with thc integrative psychotherapeutic treatment proposed by the Suplaparadigmatic Integrative Model. A sample of 50 patients was assessed in ten clinical scales at the beginning of the psychotherapy and later, after a minimal period of Six months of treatment. The therapeutic results, expressed by the change ofvalues in the clinical scales, were descriptively analyzcd at group and individual levels, using classical statistical techniques and the clinically significant index proposed by Jacobson, Roberts, Berns, and Mc Glinchey (1999). The results reveal statistical and clinically significant change patterns in some paticnts.
