Abstract

The present text tries to elucidate the relationships of transtextuality that establishes a relationship between Lobos y ovejas (1976) by Manuel Silva Acevedo and the Christian gospel. Thus, converted into a high bcontrast hypotext, the symbols constituted by the “wolf”, the “sheep” and the “shepherd” can be read, following intertextual theory, as figures transfigured from a Christian tradition.
