Abstract
This issue explores different methods that validate practice as a means to produce knowledge. We refer to a knowledge that is not only useful for the specific case that gave rise to it, but that also has the capacity to inform other practices, making it extendible to a wider community. This issue contributes twofold ‒ that is, with arguments and cases ‒ to the continuous development of designerly ways of thinking, knowing and acting.
