Abstract

To facilitate a rational operation of the mining resources within a predetermined territorial frame, of way so, that it can obtain, the best yield without altering the ecological balance of the medium and small mining. Applying decrees of mining ambientales –vigentes laws– published in Official Newspapers of the Republic as of year 1916.
